Tails End Ranch

Located in New Waverly, Texas

Historic "Tails End Ranch" was established in 1889, in New Waverly, TX.  With land gifted by the Governor of Texas to a prominent Texas soldier, Tails End Ranch got it's humble beginnings as a cotton plantation. Utilizing Polish Slaves, the plantation produced and shipped cotton to the entire region of Texas via the railroad depot which was built in 1870 in downtown New Waverly, TX. Today, Tails End Ranch serves at the Tipton Family Home.  The original home was recently restored with care to preserve and maintain it's historic heritage
